Health Education

Health Promotions

Health Promotion provides students with engaging and evidence informed information and programs to foster optimal student health and wellness. Services are provided by a Certified Health Education Specialist and include health education visits, educational materials, special events, residence hall programs, and referral services.

For a multifaceted approach, we have established close partnerships with university departments, student organizations, national organizations, and the local community to support our students’ needs.

We encourage students to learn about health and wellness through hands-on experiences and face-to-face interactions in an inclusive environment that encourages continuous learning and development.

Host an Event

We provide health educational events and programs for residence halls, student organizations and academic classes. If you are interested in hosting an event with us, please complete the Health Education Program Request Form and we will coordinate a program that meets your needs.
