Dr. Renee Cromer is a dedicated champion of student success and organizational well-being, bringing more than 23 years of experience in higher education to her work. After relocating from northern California to the vibrant city by the sea, she has served in a wide range of student-focused roles, including academic coach, advisor, financial aid counselor, housing director, and director of student leadership and Greek life. Her extensive background has equipped her with a deep understanding of how to support students holistically while strengthening institutional systems. In addition to her campus leadership, Dr. Cromer is the founder of Organizational Wellness Consultants LLC, where she partners with clients to design tailored strategies that elevate employee engagement and cultivate healthy, productive workplace cultures. Her expertise centers on helping organizations build environments where people feel valued, motivated, and empowered to thrive. Dr. Cromer also serves as an assistant professor of psychology at Hampton University, specializing in industrial-organizational psychology. In the classroom, she teaches and researches topics such as employee motivation, job satisfaction, leadership, and organizational development, preparing future professionals to shape effective and supportive workplaces.
