Fallon Dodson, EdD

Dr. Fallon K. Dodson is an Assistant Professor and Graduate Program Coordinator with the Hampton University Department of Counseling. She holds a Doctor of Education in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Counselor Education and Supervision from Argosy University. She also earned a Master of Education in School Counseling from Cambridge College and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The College of William and Mary. Her research interests include school counseling, cultural competence, school–family–community partnerships, and college and career readiness.
