Biography

Dr. St. Fort is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Hampton University. Her research primarily focuses on psychometric assessment development, with a particular emphasis on creating nonverbal personality questionnaires that assess preferences for various occupational settings. This internal approach to scale development utilizes visual images of individuals in diverse work environments. She also focuses on stress management training and its impact on testing. She has experience in data analysis, research methodologies, and grant writing. Her professional achievements include designing and implementing workforce training programs, conducting evaluations for behavioral health initiatives, and developing educational strategies. Dr. St. Fort facilitates workshops designed to strengthen organizational involvement and community engagement.
