MSG Kurt Fairchild

Senior Professor

Biography

MSG Kurt R. Fairchild is a native of Daytona Beach, Florida.

MSG Entered the Army in 2009 and attended Infantry One Station Unit Training at Fort Benning, Georgia. MSG Fairchild has deployed to Afghanistan, Kosovo and Iraq.

MSG Fairchild assignments include Camp Casey Korea, Fort Bliss Texas, Fort Benning Georgia and Fort Bragg North Carolina. The majority of MSG Fairchild career has been spent at Fort Bragg where he was an ATL in a LRS Company.  Following his time on a LRS team he served as SL through PSG in 1st Battalion, 325th Airborne Infantry Regiment. MSG Fairchild served as 1SG in the 1st Battalion, 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment. His previous assignment was the Master Gunner for the 82nd Airborne Division.

MSG Fairchild military education includes all applicable NCOES for the rank of Master Sergeant. He is a graduate of Airborne School, USAAAS Jumpmaster Course, & Ranger School.

His military awards include Purple Heart, Army Commendation Medal (with Valor), Meritorious Service Medal (4OLC), Combat Infantryman Bade, Expert Infantryman Bade, Drill Sergeant Identification Badge and the Senior Parachutist Badge.
