A native of West Palm Beach, Florida, President Williams is a proud alumnus of Hampton University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. His extensive leadership experience includes serving as the Director of the Defense Logistics Agency and as the Commanding General of the U.S. Army Combined Arms Support Command. President Williams is committed to upholding Hampton’s legacy of excellence and fostering a dynamic and supportive environment for students, faculty, and staff.
