Lieutenant Colonel Jasmine S. Jallah is a native of Waukegan, Illinois and a Distinguished Military Graduate of the Hampton University ROTC Program. Earning a commission into the Adjutant General Corps, LTC Jallah has led a rich military career of 18 years. Her leadership journey has provided diverse experiences both nationally and abroad and she has been fortunate to work with and lead individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds. Currently, Jasmine serves as the Professor of Military Science for the Hampton University Army ROTC Pirate Battalion. In her previous assignments, she served as an operational and strategic planner for United States Army Training & Doctrine Command, a commander, brigade senior human resources officer, battalion executive officer, senior observer controller/trainer, division human resources plans and operations officer, battalion human resources officer, company executive officer, operations officer and has deployed overseas to Afghanistan.
Lieutenant Colonel Jallah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Hampton University, and a Master of Arts in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. Lieutenant Colonel Jallah is a loving wife and mother of two, a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., The ROCKS Inc., Military Officers Association of America, Jack and Jill of America, and a 2021 Hampton University Top Forty Under 40 Honoree.

John McDonald serves as our Enrollment and Scholarship Officer and is a native of Hampton, VA. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and commissioned from The United States Coast Guard Academy in 2008. John served on board Coast Guard Cutter Tahoma, out of Portsmouth, NH as a Deck Watch Officer and as the Weapons and Deck Division Officer. Following that assignment, he served at the U.S. Coast Guard Recruiting Command in Washington, DC as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Leader. Upon completing his service commitment, John separated from active duty and served as a Coast Guard Reserve Officer until March, 2017.
Prior to joining the Pirate Battalion, he worked as an account representative with Bradley Morris Inc. Additionally, he holds a Masters of Arts in Organizational Learning and Human Resource Development from George Washington University.

I LT Kalin Webster, currently serving as the incoming Patton Intern with the Army ROTC Program. He is originally from Richmond, California and obtained an undergraduate degree in Business Administration at Benedict College. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc., and Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Fraternity of America. He was told about ROTC from his mentor CASA Mark Benton and conducted ROTC at the University Of South Carolina. He received his commission as an Armor Officer, branch detailed Adjutant General through our host school, University Of South Carolina located both located in Columbia, South Carolina. In my previous assignment, He served as a Tank Platoon Leader with the 1st 66th Armor Battalion at Ft. Carson, Colorado. During my platoon leader time, He participated in Gunnery, Live Fire Exercise and attended the National Training Center. In addition, during my platoon leader time, my platoon maintained the highest Army Combat Fitness Test average as well as being named one of the most lethal companies in the Brigade during the National Training Center. Prior to being a platoon leader, He served as the Assistant Battalion S-1. His future aspirations include submitting a VTIP Packet for Public Affairs. While in this branch he plans to serve as a Battalion PAO, as well as complete another Broadening Assignment once my command time is complete.
1LT Ketsia Lovinsky
- 1LT Ketsia Lovinsky was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. She attended Morgan State University, and graduated with a Bachelors in Political Science. During her matriculation, she was a student leader and active member in the Morgan State community. 1LT Lovinsky was a part of the ROTC program, Office of Student Life and Development as a Resident Assistant, and Student Government Association as Senior Class Vice President. She was initiated into the Alpha Gamma Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and J-8-5 Unit of the National Society of Pershing Angels at Morgan State University. Upon graduating, 1LT Lovinsky commissioned into the Army as an Armor Officer. While at Fort Moore, she completed the Armor Basic Officer Leader Course (ABOLC) and Scout Leaders Course (SLC). 1LT Lovinsky was stationed at Fort Cavazos, where she served as an Armor Platoon Leader, Maintenance Platoon Leader, and Maintenance Control Officer.

- SSG Gary Mulford, originally from Rochester, New York, joined the United States Army in July of 2007 to serve the nation. His extensive list of duty stations includes Fort Stewart, Georgia; Hohenfels, Germany; Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington. Some of the duty positions he’s held throughout his career are Military Police Investigator, Squad leader, and Headquarters Platoon Sergeant. SSG Mulford was deployed to the Bahlk Providence of Afghanistan from 2010-2011. He currently serves as the primary MS2 instructor at Hampton University. SSG Mulford is an avid hunter and fisher, but also enjoys kayaking and spending time with his family.

Zenetra Thigpen Love is a native of Holly Springs, Mississippi, currently serving as the Administrative Assistant for the Military Science Department. She honorably served in the U.S. Air Force for over 21 years as a Materiel Management Superintendent, retiring in the rank of Senior Master Sergeant. During her active duty service, she held key positions as Logistics Manager, Master Military Training Instructor (MTI), MTI Trainer, and War Skills and Military Science Instructor.
Throughout her distinguished career, Zenetra earned numerous awards and accolades for her superior leadership and exceptional work ethic. She holds an Associate of Science degree in Logistics, an Associate of Science degree in Education and Training, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Arizona.
