Feedback was obtained from initial program completers regarding their employment status upon obtaining their licenses to begin their teaching careers. Satisfaction with program preparation and completer knowledge, instructional planning and delivery, assessment of and for student learning, environment, professionalism, and academic progress were validated and attained by recent graduates who are teaching in schools in Virginia and surrounding states.
