James Hall and Suites
Completed and opened in the Fall of 2017, the James Hall Suites renovation project has provided Hampton University students with a state-of-the-art residential facility with cutting edge technology and large, comfortable furnishings. The suites have either private bathrooms and showers in each room or shared restroom between a two suite alignment, Study desks, wardrobes, dressers, night stands and other amenities make the living in James Hall Suites an incomparable experience. James Hall is Hampton University’s oldest men’s residence hall. The Suites renovation project has transformed the first two floors of James Hall into a state-of-the-art living experience for incoming freshmen honors students. James Hall is a historical and beautiful building built near the Jones Creek. The renovation project in James Hall compliments the original architect’s concepts by adding modern amenities to enhance the living and learning environment for residents and their guests.
