Get ready to jumpstart Black History Month with art and music featuring performances by Virginia Commonwealth University’s Black Awakening Choir and Hampton University’s Marching Force band. From hip-hop and R&B to gospel and spirituals, you’ll experience a musical journey rooted in soul. The Marching Force band will get you up out of your seat with their reveling horns, percussion, and dancers.
