Mrs. Cooper joined the Marine and Environmental Sciences Department in the summer of 2017. She earned her MBA from Beulah Heights University in 2022. Mrs. Cooper provides administrative support to the department’s faculty and students and facilitates correspondence with the Hampton University administrative staff. She also assists in budget management and organizes activities and projects.
