Alumni
The Department of Biological Sciences offers undergraduate concentrations in either Cellular and Molecular Biology or Organisms, Ecology and Biodiversity. Novel activities, courses and course content are continually introduced in both curricula to ensure transmission of current concepts in the biological sciences. The academically rigorous and diverse scholastic structure of our curriculum is continually regarded by national medical and graduate admissions committees as being encompassing and advantageous for student admissions to subsequent academic endeavors. Likewise, the M.S. in Biology and notably the M.S. in Medical Science programs have produced alumni that have matriculated to graduate, medical, dental and other professional programs, often with the assistance of full scholarships.
