Everyone associated with the Hampton University Aviation Program, to include Hampton faculty, staff, and students, has an obligation to report hazards and unsafe learning environment conditions. It is essential that HU faculty and Staff to promote the Safety Management System and  foster the reporting of hazards and safety related issues.
